Elegantly appointed Italianate

Our third historic preservation award winner on the street was a fun project to bring to completion. Again, blending a historic exterior makeover with a modern vernacular take on the interior, we brought this 1867 dame back to life to round out a series of elegant Victorian Italianates on the this specific street.
